Shipping Information

If you are unable to attend for all, or part of, the event, you can ship your work. We have accepted shipping from almost every continent during previous events. Around thirty per cent of exhibitors choose to do this. It costs £30 and includes storage, transport from storage to the venue and back and hanging/de-installation of work. It saves money having to travel and stay in London for most exhibitors.

You can send work to our storage space (usually to arrive one week before the show) and then our technicians will display the pieces based on your hanging plan if provided.

After the show, the technicians will de-install and transport to our storage where your shipper will need to pick up (usually one week after the show)

With your work you also need to send:

1) Hanging plan

2) Business card holder and business cards

3) Fixtures
